In January, Ella began taking dance classes. Grammy and I took her to see "The Nutcracker" in December, and she was thrilled with it. When I asked her if she wanted to learn how to dance, she couldn't wait to begin. She loves it!

I absolutely love these two pictures. I was on my computer, uploading pictures, when Ella came in, wanting to play with the beads on my table. I told her to be careful, and not to mess up the beads, and kind of tuned her out a bit.

But then...she kept telling me to be quiet because she was "working" and "concentrating". I glanced over, and grabbed the camera as quietly as I could. She is stringing tiny seed beads on a pin. Her little hands shook a little, but by golly, she was doing it!
